Stephanie Highett is managing director of the FTI Strategic Communications practice and is based in London. She heads up the Real Estate team of the Financial Communications division. Cambridge educated, she has been working in PR and IR for over 22 years, both in consultancy and in the institutional investor relations advisory department of a major investment bank. She joined FTI Consulting in December 2000.

Ms. Highett has extensive experience of advising a wide range of UK and international clients, with a particular specialisation in representing public companies and fund managers. Her current clients include: AXA Real Estate, Benson Elliot, Delancey, Dolphin Capital Investors, Grainger, Helical Bar, Invista Foundation Property Trust, Local Shopping REIT, Madison International Realty, Metric Property Investments, Peakside Capital, Pramerica Real Estate Investors, Plaza Centers, Quintain, Rockspring, Rugby Estates, St Modwen, Tamar Industrial Fund, Terrace Hill, UK Commercial Property Trust and The UNITE Group.
Since 2005, Ms. Highett has provided strategic advice and tactical implementation for a considerable number of real estate IPO’s, M&A, fund raisings, rights issues and placings.
